The Region
We are pleased to welcome you to the city of Hundred Spires, Prague,
one of the most beautiful places in Europe.
Centuries of historic development have left it with a large variety
of famous styles of architecture. It is a city with marvelous
renaissance and baroque palaces, buildings in art nouveau as well as
synagogues.
From the embankment, you will see the unforgettable skyline of the
Prague Castle, the old residence of the Bohemian Kings, dominated by
the majestic St. Vitus Cathedral. The stone Charles Bridge with a
gallery of 30 statues connects the Lesser Town (Mala Strana) with
the Old Town and its narrow alleys and lanes, where almost every
house is a jewel of architecture.
A rich life of culture with its annual international music festival
The Prague Spring, theatre performances and folklore events will
make your stay even more pleasant and will give you lots of
opportunities to have fun and a good time. And you will surely like
the Prague pubs with good Bohemian cuisine and the traditional Czech
beer.
